Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
